Framework Publishing Group

Framework Publishing Group

An independent house publishing rigorously researched nonfiction in health and intelligence.

From the Editors

Two fields now move faster than the bridges built to them: human health, and the tools we use to think with. In both, the specialist literature is rich and the public-facing writing is mostly unreliable. Algorithm-chasing content, hype, and books written quickly to capture a trend fill the space where careful work should be.

Framework Publishing Group exists to close those gaps carefully. We currently publish in two domains, health and intelligence, to a single editorial standard: rigorously sourced, plainly written, useful in the reader's actual life. We publish fewer books than we could. We refuse books that inform without changing what a reader does. We hold every title to the test of being worth re-reading a decade from now.

Eleanor Grant Prescott

Eleanor Grant Prescott is a health science writer and metabolic wellness researcher whose work focuses on women's physiology, hormonal health, and evidence-based protocols for fat loss and longevity after 40. Over a decade at the intersection of applied nutrition science and integrative medicine has made her a careful translator between cutting-edge clinical research and the everyday decisions women face about their bodies.

Her own perimenopause-era struggle with stubborn weight gain and muscle loss launched a years-long investigation into research peptides, GLP-1 receptor agonists, and why standard fat-loss advice fails women after 40. What she found was a striking disconnect. The clinical literature on peptide therapy, semaglutide, tirzepatide, and women's metabolic health is rich with female-specific guidance, yet almost none of it reaches the women who need it most.

Her forthcoming Framework Health Press titles examine peptide therapy, women's metabolic health, and GLP-1 protocols for women in perimenopause and beyond.

C.A. Sterling

C.A. Sterling is a prompt engineering strategist whose work focuses on the practical question every working professional now faces: how to get consistent, high-quality results from AI tools without a technical background. Years of designing structured communication frameworks for business teams shaped Sterling's conviction that the best AI work depends less on technical fluency than on disciplined writing.

The handbooks in this series argue that most failed prompts fail not because the model is limited, but because the request was never structured to be answered. From that premise, Sterling developed a set of reusable methods, the CLEAR Model among them, built to give working professionals prompts that work the first time, in any AI tool.

The forthcoming Framework Intelligence Press titles move from prompt literacy to professional frameworks to scalable AI workflows for teams.

What Makes a Framework Book

  1. No. 01

    Research depth.

Every Framework book is built from primary sources: peer-reviewed clinical literature, original research, technical documentation. Each title is verified line by line before it reaches a printed page. Citations are not decoration. Where the science is unsettled, we say so. Where it is settled, we say that too.

  2. No. 02

    Practical application.

We do not publish books that inform without changing what readers do. A Framework book earns its title only if the reader closes it knowing the next decision to make: what to ask their physician, what protocol to follow, which prompt to run, what to stop doing. Information without application is theatre.

  3. No. 03

    Clarity over jargon.

The fields we publish in are dense with specialist language: metabolic health, peptide therapy, prompt engineering. We translate that language without flattening it. Where a term carries meaning a synonym would lose, we keep it and define it. Where a term exists only to gatekeep, we cut it.

  4. No. 04

    Evergreen over trend.

We choose subjects that will still matter in a decade. The peptides our authors cover have a research history; the AI workflows they describe rest on patterns that outlast any single tool. Framework titles are written to be read, given, and re-read, not to ride a news cycle.
